Bruce and Carol moved to Hartwell in 1980 to enjoy the lake and the small
town lifestyle. The husband and wife team established All Hart Realty in
1988. They have developed subdivisions and built several homes in the
area. Their 20 years of personal knowledge of Lake Hartwell and of the
rules and regulations of the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers make them your best guides to purchasing property here.
Bruce and Carol graduated from Stetson University in 1977. Carol began her
career as a legal secretary in Winder, Georgia. She became Clerk of the
Small Claims Court and then a Magistrate Judge until 1989. At that time
she retired from the legal system to concentrate full time with Bruce at
All Hart Realty.
Bruce has been a member and past president of the Hartwell Rotary Club,
member and past president of the Hart County Friends of the Library, past
