Joanie and Joseph Haley

Joanie began work with All Hart Realty in 1993 during her junior year at Hart County High School. After graduation she went on to further her education and received her salesperson license in 1996 and broker license in 2000. She and her husband Joseph acquired All Hart Realty in November 2004, when previous owners Bruce and Carol Bate decided to semi-retire.  Joseph received his salesperson license in 2006.

Joanie and Joseph were married in 1999. They have a daughter, Jodie, and a son, Joshua.  Joseph and Joanie are active members of Bethany Baptist Church. They are both Hartwell natives. Joseph, Joanie and the team enjoy helping customers, from the first time buyer to the person looking for lake property for a second home and investments. They love helping to make dreams come true. "The best compliment that someone can give you is the referral of their friends, family and business partners.  We all strive to give the best service to our clients and customers. We want everyone to walk away happy", Joanie says.

Joseph and Joanie specialize in all types of property including lake homes and lots, residential homes, building lots, farms, commercial and vacation rentals. When you're buying or selling - CALL JOSEPH AND JOANIE! Their knowledge of Lake Hartwell and the surrounding area coupled with their strong work ethic will get the job done for you.

Bruce and Carol moved to Hartwell in 1980 to enjoy the lake and the small town lifestyle. The husband and wife team established All Hart Realty in 1988. They have developed subdivisions and built several homes in the area. Their 20 years of personal knowledge of Lake Hartwell and of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers make them your best guides to purchasing property here.

Bruce and Carol graduated from Stetson University in 1977. Carol began her career as a legal secretary in Winder, Georgia. She became Clerk of the Small Claims Court and then a Magistrate Judge until 1989. At that time she retired from the legal system to concentrate full time with Bruce at All Hart Realty.

Bruce has been a member and past president of the Hartwell Rotary Club, member and past president of the Hart County Friends of the Library, past director of the Hartwell/Hart County Chamber of Commerce, director for Hart/Franklin ARC, past president Hartwell Dock Builders Association, and past director for the Hartwell Dam Run.

"We are excited about the changes at All Hart Realty. Let the All Hart team become your resource for Lake, Farm, Commercial or Residential property in this beautiful part of Northeast Georgia."
